There’s nothing more enjoyable to us in the morning than a bowl of fresh fruit, and this bowl is loaded with them! The extra addition of avocado to the smoothie adds a luxuriously smooth texture with a subtle sweetness from pineapple and coconut.
1 Ripe Avocado
1 cup frozen pineapple
50-125ml Coconut Water
Blend Together the Avocado and frozen pineapple with just enough coconut water to make it smooth (You can use coconut milk if you like it to be creamier). Be sure to add a little bit of liquid at a time, it needs to be very thick.
Garnish with your favourite fresh or dried fruits, nuts, etc.
We used mango, banana, clementines, dragonfruit, granola, cacao nibs, and coconut.
